I've noticed that to this time around. Progress is slow but steady. My very first attempt was 2. I just did 94 tonight but was supposed to be at 100. My last attempt two nights ago was 90.As long as we keep at it....
My wife is doing squats. She started at 25, and tonight she did 192!mfg:
