the link posted wasn't even open let alone containing any file sharing of any kind or any material period let alone copywrited material and therefore my post does not seem to have violated any of them. So i may follow the rules properly why was it deleted?

Its not spam, its legitimate news related to mutt making a new howard stern fan site board, how is that not howard stern news and any different from the THOUSANDS of SFN and mutt related posts in the last week?

Yet people are claiming mutt posted this himself it seems accidentally then quickly deleted it, there is enough of a question to make it a legitimate topic of debate and not treated as brainless spam, unless you know more about it then we do.

Try this as an example to help illustrate my view, you can't use an image like the McDonalds arches because they are copywrited and the owners want to protect their image. If say there is a shooting at McDonalds, the news is allowed to post those arches on the news despite the fact that McDonalds doesn't want their image harmed or want their business to be harmed because you don't want the image to be associated with the shooting. However McDonalds can't control that image because its is of pertinent concern to the public. In other words its news. My posting was more in the nature of its news value and how it would affect the forum wars and no effort whatsoever to spam or promote a website any more then its the news goal to promote Mcdonalds. Agree with my position or not,i fail to understand the anger you keep directing at me.

If you think these two issues are even close to the same thing you are reallllllly reaching.

Now let Burger King(the spam site) set up a stand inside a Mcdonalds(Dawgs) and see if it works out. Why would McDawgs want to even risk losing 1 customer(member)?

BTW we are at war with no one so I dont see why that is brought up but we do want to retain members.
