I joined Netflix DVD plan in January. Everything was going ok until this past week. I returned a DVD to them sending from my local post office. They claimed the DVD sleeve was inside with no DVD. I called them and told them I absolutely enclosed the DVD. They say fine and advise they will ship me next DVD in the queue. It was scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Every DVD I have requested so far has arrived the next day. Their shipping center is about 15 miles from my house. It wasn't in Friday's mail as a matter a fact I had no mail today. I have all my important mail go to a PMB so the only mail I get at my house are a few circulars and my Netflix DVD's. I already know how this story is going to end. Netflix is going to cancel my account. Back to back issues with a fairly new customer is a red flag. I have no interest in their streaming service. I like the picture quality of Blu-Rays and most of things I order on DVD are not available for streaming. I think there are some disgruntled employees working at the distribution center. Maybe they just decided to cost Netflix some customers. The odds of the DVD being reported missing from the mailer followed by the next movie not being delivered are pretty remote.
