    Pop Ups

Does anyone else get pop ups when you hover over underlined words in this forum ? Are they supposed to be there ?

Example , forum page the word, continue on the Opie and Anthony prompt. or the word nutrition

Sounds like you got some malware.

    1) Stop using windows
    2) Remove the malware

dont click on .exe files you don't understand.

Your computer is infected by malware that serves ads to you so that they make money.

Download a trial anti virus program like

    http://www.kaspersky.com/internet-security

(and then buy a mac and don't have this problem)

    Wait a minute, gilaet.

I think he's saying "pop up" not as an interstitial, but as a tool tip.

It's a tool tip and it's supposed to appear. If it's a new window, then, yeah, I'd run some anti-malware, stat.

Oh wait. I just finished reading his post.

If there's shit like "nutrition" with a link, then that's malware, for sure.

I take it you're using Google Chrome. I had the same thing when I installed it on my new PC. Went back to Firefox. No more problems.

I had the same problem right after installing and using Chrome for the first time.
I have never had the problem with any other browser.

I.E. is vulnerable to that malware too.

I've seen it happen to colleagues at work.

Running a scan now. I've been using Chrome for a while now, and never had a problem before. I was using Firefox until it wouldn't play Flash .
