MJ some local radio shock jock was suing him for making fun of MJ (Todd schnitt) and his wife. Became a whole first amend issue blah blah blah.

One thing you have to respect bubba about. He took this lawsuit head on. Didn't hide behind a company like someone else we know. Bubba ended up paying 800k+ in court and lawyer fees. Wouldn't see Howard doing that.

I stopped listening after bubba left SIRIUS. But when someone we knew was on the never ending vacation about a month ago. I started listening again. So I am still getting caught up on all the hillbilly antics. Heehehe

Well, next week I may have to start a thread for Bubba. Would that be under "other channels"? What a nice alternative to the HSS.
