I noticed that, too.
Check out the patch missing on the front right of his wig (our left) in this video...
No doubt in the OP video , left area , only scalp showing, wig, 100% WIG, no fucking doubt about it. Nothing new though, Wig since mid to late 90's. He has his dads hair(none) and he looks and talks like his mom, old whiney.
Swing away Merill,.......Merill,...............SWING AWAY !!!!!

Why is jon hein in the studio? Seriously, why is he there?
Wow - that is really amazing. I thought this was one of the reasons Howard has been in therapy all those years. Robin is a 34 - enough said.

No wonder every bit goes down in flames. he has 4 people prepping him that shouldn't be prepping the trash cans at McDonald's.
All I saw was JD rocking back and forth like a retard and I stopped watching.
Doing the "Howard doesn't know the staff" bit yet again. Always good to be reminded that I'm not missing anything.
If you lose a fight to a midget, you become one. It's true.
- Patton Oswalt
Howard TV's editing is so clunky; they always cut to new shots at the weirdest times. I think Howard's constantly darting eyes force them into that.
Photography's a joke. Anyone can be a photographer. You do your scary great pictures because you're a professional. I'll take my stupid...automatic camera...take pictures and we'll see if people can tell the difference. - HS, 2-1-02
I have come to the conclusion that Stern uses a combination of hair coverage.
-If you view the daily clips of studio Stern some days his hair is dark brown thick and youthful.....full wig or partial
-When he is outside it is his real hair. His plugs in front make for an odd hair line and he powders his scalp. Notice all the grey he was sporting in Texas. His hair was dark brown just a day before in-studio on Howardtv.
His full/ partial wig would have been a disaster in Texas with all the outside 'work' he had to do.

^The way in which Howard stole Sirius’ money was masterful.
He promised to program at least two channels, but instead pocketed the money and built ChimneyLand instead.
But he’s like the reverse Dorian Gray. His sins have manifested themselves in his appearance – he’s looks monstrous.
(And what’s with all the bodyguards? Does a has-been really need that much protection from a bunch of 12-year olds?)
