A sociopath would be someone who lacks empathy. They essentially lack the ability to feel afraid about doing something (unless it will negatively affect them) and (extrinsic) remorse about the effect.

They are devoid of many emotions.

It perturbs me to no end that I have at least 1 or 2 of the qualities in each analysis here.

I SWEAR I'm not a sociopath! At least.......I don't think so. A sociopath wouldn't know it about themselves.

My interpretation of "sociopath" has been solidified. I just wanted a dictionary version.
