I talk all the time in my sleep. I've been told I say lots of sentences in the same session, and sometimes I remember all that I said too. Crazy.

I have the same problem. My family and friends say I am laughing all the time in my sleep and talk gibberish and sometimes I raise my upper body up from the bed and talk nonsense and fall back down.

I never hear about it during the week as I leave earlier than her for work. On the weekend, she gets up earlier than me. I come downstairs and hear some bullshit that I said when sleeping.

I always tell them to wake me up immediately if they see me doing that.Im sure they dont but I always get sketched out that im going to say something fucked up thats not true like Oh i love fucking my dog or kids or saying I murdered something. I think I am paranoid about it because i was watching the news and some killer confessed to all the people he killed in his sleep to his wife or some freaky shit like that and it was true.
