    Meatballs are like meatloaf. Super easy but delish.

    You should go all the way and make the pasta fresh

    that's kinda what I was thinking, treat it like meatloaf with Italian seasoning.. I like the homemade pasta idea

    Guy, if I may be so bold: have you ever used ground veal in your meatballs? I think that is the secret to a tender meatball... in addition to the beef and pork. Try it sometime and see what you think.

    I've never used it but have heard about it. I believe it makes them a touch more juicy, no?
