Honestly, does anyone think yelling Baba Booey at a golf tournament or other sporting event is a big deal if its yelled AFTER the shot is made?

Howard seems to think its the cleverest invention since the flushable toilet, but the truth is, yelling anything out AFTER the shot is made is meaningless. If you want to make a statement, yell Baba Booey just before or as the shot is made. Nobody cares what you do after the shot is made.
