It happened 3 weeks ago to me, the FBI thing. I started my computer, and got into safe mode. From there, I think if you can press one of the f buttons, 6 or 8 I think, before the message comes on, you will get rid of it. I had to try this maybe 80 times. Then run the anti virus right away before the fbi thing returns.
