BEAUTIFUL pad!!!! But, I don't understand 5 bedrooms and 5 baths in an 1880 sq ft house. That almost can't beor there would be no kitchen or living space, i.e. not enough square footage. That number has to be wrong. Assuming its a single (and not a twin or 2 home condo) the outdoor shots make it look at least 3500 sq ft.

Pretty sure it was built from scratch for Artie. The first price might have been the plot, pre-build, since it wasn't completed until 2008.

The house Artie knocked knocked down to build that house was probably 1880 sf.

The house in the photo is at least double that size.

Nice place, I hope Artie can keep earning and pay for it.

Oviously Wrong if you look at the Birds Eye View you can see an Older Construction that was single story. Probably what that info is based off of because this is a three story house and the Third Level looked to be about 1000 Sq feet By itself. Probably was the original construction that was sold for 900k and I remember Aritie saying he bought is as a Spec House that was being built so he hot to add some custom features.
