I think SOMEONE figured out that this obviously schizoid, paranoid, bi-polar what-ever-the-f this guy is was more of a negative to have around than a positive....
Oh, and the fact that Howard wanted him UNmedicated MIGHT have presented a problem if, god forbid, there were any problems with him inhouse....
