I went through a very wretched spell during the last part of 2012 and gained 25lbs, but since then I've lost 35lbs and still going (
) by eating less, better, and drinking gallons of water and fruit juice every day. I've been digging clothes out from the back of the closet I haven't worn in years, and I gotta admit it feels very gratifying. Now I just gotta get active again before it's Summer and 800º in Texas....
