So the $900 deal (for 3 nights) is actually a pretty good deal.

Say Hilton offered them a deal... if they sell 300 spots, they get 40% off and if they sell less, it's 30% off.

So if they sold 300 tickets, I'm guessing they made about $72k at the minimum.

Can they sell out? I doubt it.

But Shuli is making lots of shekles nonetheless.

The devil's in the details. Does $900 include drinks, food, resort fee, etc? Whatever money is collected has jackals grabbing at it. From whomever administers the sales to the promoter to the hotel's cut, any non-stern promoters, the Stern crew's travel expenses, etc, etc.

The resort wins because they are filling otherwise empty rooms, no doubt. They also might get paid for the rooms by the promoter no matter if they're sold or not.

If this flops it might put an end to the whole block party bandwagon. I can't fathom anyone doing more than driving down half an hour to the nearby club to see this trainwreck.

I betcha the $900.00 is for the room and event only. Airfare, food and drinks are probably all on anyone stupid enough to get involved...

I like how the first line refers to "your favorite show" without mentioning Howard - Stern must have told them they had to pay to use the show name in this description.

These fools will probably be tweeting pics from this event - I wonder how many suckers actually paid to go to this block party.

They had enough suckers for Ronnie and Co. to stay at a Jamaican resort for free...they probably only had to sell 30-40 tickets for them to satisfy the resort and cover their airfare....this scam needs to end.
