Gotta agree with you there. I worked at sears in the 90s and we were trying to cleAr out all the old suits and jackets. There was a sport coat marked down to $1.00. (Yes it was around for a long time) an Indian came up and asked me if I would take a dime for it! Of course at a retailer like that they don't negotiate so the guy didn't buy it.

I used to work in retail & the ONLY times Indians shopped was during sale time. They would also, very frequently, make ridiculous complaints about their purchases -- returning items, bought on sale & worn to death, TWO years later & expect a full refund. They usually got it as well. I've never experienced such extreme & persistent cheapness from any other race or nationality.

Yeah. That run in has always stuck in my mind.
I have a yard sale usually once a year and my wife prices everything really cheap. We just want to get rid of the stuff and get a few cents back for our trouble and the Indians still bitch. Once they said under their breath they could get a better deal at k-mart, I politely grabbed the stuff they were going to buy and told them to leave and go to Kmart.

They weren't happy, neither was my wife but I had it will dealing with cheap shits at that point.

tbh it really depends on what type of restaurant you work at

if you work at some shithole chain restaurant then you are gonna get fucked on your tips regardless

however, if you work at a fancy enough place then you (as a server) have that convenience of having good tippers just because most people who dine at "good" restaurants are affluent enough to realize that no one likes a shitty tipper...if that makes sense...

In my experience (which was over 12 years) Mexicans were poor tippers (but not complainers), blacks were typically bad unless you ran into a guy that was throwing money around to look cool (which was a rarity)...and its true about the complaining with black people, it seemed like they were disappointed when they couldn't find anything to bitch about.
