    Help me to understand the psychology behind wanting a nose piercing

    ...Is the intent to make people believe you have a perpetual booger wiped on the side of your nose?? ... Cause, there's nothing cosmetically appealing or attractive about wearing one, otherwise...

    Either way there's likely a large booger crusting over around the pin & little thing that secures it inside the nostril ... It may look normal for an Indian girl to wear one, but it does nothing to enhance their features
