You have a Workout Of the Day (WOD) which consist of usually 3-4 exercises and/or metcon (metabolic cond)
everyone works at their own pace but you try to do as much as you can during a set amount of time, You
have coaches who help you with technique and motivate you, as well as your fellow crossfitters. Each day is
different and you never know what you are going to do. You just have to show up. Kinda cool
Yes....but it's unlimited and forces you to go. Unlike a gym where they don't want you
to show up and you end up taking it easy on the weight machines or don't show up at all.
CrossFit will transform your body if you do it steady for a few months. Then you won't want
to stop.
Try a free class. It will be tough, I'm not gonna lie...
