How many anti-acids do you have to take a day?

I think somebody posted recently that they got kidney stones from eating too many anti acids.

Not sure if vaginas get them, but if you do it's gonna really sting when you pee.

Yep. Took it, it's gone right now. But apparently I'm "prone" to it, and it keeps coming back. The acid reflux is both a symptom and contributor.

I've noticed I only have slight heart burn when I'm really stressed. So I might need to pop a few antacids about twice a year.
