A couple years ago when I went to my old office for a visit, there was a high school grad photo of a guy. I asked who it was because I didn't recognize him, though I figured it was someone from the owners family. When he said the name, I couldn't believe it, I said it seemed like just yesterday he was literally a baby when I saw him last. I said damn, time flies!

Then a moment later, he said he was dead! What?? He said that the year before, he was on the freeway texting and never saw a the big rig stopped for traffic and drove into the back of the trailer at full speed. He said it was ugly and the story was all over the L.A. news, stupid fickin people and their obsessive texting.

I've got a cell phone jammer. It's a low power one, it will disrupt everyone's cell phone connection within about a 20' radius. It comes in handy at times but I discovered that it's not great for driving. It actually makes a dangerous situation worse because the driver will get disconnected and then spend more time looking at their phone trying to reconnect and wondering why they can't.
