    I'm clearing out my fridge. Had some leftover pasta that had to be eaten - warming that up, and some ground beef - so I'm making tacos as well.

    Plus a veggie stir-fry, 'cause I had to use some of those up too.

    I made my corned beef in crock pot with onions, red bliss potatoes and baby carrots. The cabbage I did braised in butter on the stove. If you boil the cabbage with the meat it loses all it's flavor.

    Thanks for the compliments not as much work involved as JJDealer which looked mighty tasty. and the Chihuahua pups are just over 3 weeks old.
