on another note.. how great was it that Howard was so butt hurt that the mighty Zepp has shunned all attempts by BabaMonkey to be on the now shit show called HSS?

Now why would they want to come on. All Howard ever says is both plant and page look like old English women. This coming from America's judge. They are aging a lot better than wiggy. But then Howard NEVER looked good at any age.

That clip makes me think about Plant's music catalog...even without Zeppelin he's released a ton of solo shit along with other bands and musicians of all different flavors. I remember Mick Jagger's last solo album sold less than 10,000 copies worldwide and didn't have a prayer of winning a Grammy. (and I love the Stones, but just making a comparison).

Yep...I saw the Page/Plant show and Plant's voice couldn't hold out for the entire show and I recall my buddy and I laughing at Jimmy Page and his hugely bloated face and him drunkenly try to hop around the stage...I'd still go see the show, though. Roger Daltrey's voice sounds a like pig with its throat cut after two numbers and I'll still to see the Who every time.

I never saw Zep but I did see Page with the lead singer from bad company when they toured as The Firm. Page wore that black magicians outfit, must have been 85 or so. It was a great show in the Boston Gardens

And the tickets will probably be $100-$500 like every other aging act on tour right now. (Rush, Bruce, Stones, Metallica...)

I got to see them at that last *tour*, also saw Cream. My husband was beside himself. I just had some beers and had fun. I did not get to see those few Stones concerts. Husband saw then in London. He was beside himself. I love all this but not to this level. Am I loser that I was beyond excited to see the beastie boys at bonnarroo? I was neve happier. And it was their last show. Anyways Led Zep would do great on a tour. However from what I read Jimmy does not want to do it. I met him in a bar yearssss ago. That's for another day.....lol

Plants voice is just gone. He just can't sing the songs anymore. On most of the songs on the live Celebration Day CD, Page and Jones had to tune down a complete full step in order to accomodate Plants voice.

That being said, if they played anywhere in the U.S., of course I would go! It's Led Zeppelin for fucks sake!
