not much of a drinker. i like alcohol, but mostly the taste, not getting drunk, so i love some wine, a few good beers, or good whiskey or mixed drinks, but no more than a couple. minus college of course, when i was full on irish.

I always heard rumors that my grandmother and/or great grandfather was Irish... But no proof since she died in 1945. The family doesn't even know where she is buried.

I'm a tiny sliver on my maternal grandfather's side. His family was English, Irish and Welsh. But it's not enough to really acknowledge.
Plus my grandfather's ethnicity didn't seem to be an important aspect of his life or identity, so he didn't celebrate it or impress it upon us. So I know little about it and I don't identify with it at all. Originally Posted by Scott
