    whenever I get depressed I always decide to "fucking ebay everything i own"

    why does that seem like a good solution?

    it seems like a horrible solution sickfeelinks. ebay is a pain cause you got a send stuff. a better solution is to fucking craigslist everything you own.
    you just don't turn it off.

    One of my best friends is like that. Every couple months he decides to quit his career and hobbies and sell everything and just live off the money til he finds something else to do.

    He never does it. Which is good, because he's talented at what he does and would regret selling/miss his "toys".

    I have been going very minimalist the past few years. I have found possessions are really not important at all, and the fewer the better.

    Sounds familiar. Sometimes he's super motivated and loves what he's doing. Sometimes he hates everything and doesn't get out of bed for days.
    And SOMETIMES he just thinks about how much money he'd be sitting on if he sold all his cars, tools, etc.
