    Early St. Paddy dinner.

Smoked corned beef brisket, roasted potatoes, roasted carrots, roasted cabbage. And Smirnoff.

Soaked the brisket for a few hrs in water. Get rid of a little salt.
    After soak.

Rubbed with granulated garlic, onion, some pepper and paprika.

    On the smoker

    Two hrs in

A little yard work, then some refreshments

About to get the veggies ready

    Update later:

    Off the smoke and resting.

Let the cabbage get away a little, but not bad

    Taters and carrots coming soon.

I've never had cabbage that way. I've braised it many times. I would imagine grilling it like that brings out its natural sugars. So awesome, I need to try that.

I tried to treat as brussell sprouts, I know you have a great method for them.
