I should clarify, I don't mean the ONLY reason, but the final nail in the coffin. I just find it interesting that ARM's call occurred right before the end.

jason's voice during the call tells me it's very possible. his voice and what he said makes me think they had already been talked to and knew they were on thin ice, for maybe a few different reasons. then a call getting through like goliath's, just proves to howard that he can't get the type of control he wants on that show.
