in NYC i don't think that's all that uncommon, especially in the cigar bars. if a pizza place was willing to risk Nanny's $200 fine for selling 2 litre bottles of Coke, why would anyone flinch and selling illegal cigars? they probably were real because it's not difficult to find them here; i just don't like them. When i was last in the UK i was smoking Romeo y Juliet cubas for 2 weeks. all they did was make me sound like Tom Waits, and need Murphy's chasers to wash out the taste.
