    Unhappy Got a guy at work already who I do not get along with .....he hates me hes a manager

    I really like and get along with everyone else. even the 2 people in charge of him.Everyone seems to like me to but this guy. i can see him looking at me in the corner of my eye in disgust and i dont know how i am rubbing him the wrong way. i try being friendly and asking him if he needs help and stuff but he treats me like I am bothering him and even told me tonight that he needed me in the crowd and not by the bar area. i usually get along with everyone but there is always one person that I just do not mesh with. its actually costed me jobs,people attempt to charge me sexual harassment or have the police called because I finally blow up on them. i dont want that to happen anymore . I am going to find some new approaches and see if we can find some common ground and understanding.
