Considering the absolute crap that was "The Chicago Code" and the hideous, cringe inducing, embarassing abomination that was "Last Resort"....I don't have a great deal of faith in this project.

Shawn Ryan obviously used up all of his good ideas and talent (or his deal with a Crossroads Demon) on "The Shield".

Terriers was "okay" but nothing special. I would have liked to see it continue and get better but I didn't care that much when it was canceled, but I 'm not really sure how much Shawn Ryan actually had to do with that show aside from slapping his name on it as an Executive Producer to sell it which often means very little aside from the "name". I think he might have written the pilot episode or something and that was most of his involvement aside from the use of his name.

Chicago Code and Last Resort are the two shows he was heavily involved in, creation and writing, after The Shield and the first one just sucked and the last one was absolutely horrible.

Out of ideas and out of Kurt Sutter seems to be his problem post-Shield....
