Will America be able to survive the loss of lil Wayne? How will we as a country go on???????
Jesus Christ, WTF? Give up your racist, classist horse shit and realize that this is a real human being we're talking about! Somebody with feelings and potential, passion and drive. Somebody who creates and inspires, gives back and gives credit. Can you, for one fucking moment, just be a fellow human being with a shred of a heart!?
Nah, I'm totally kidding. I couldn't give a single, solitary fuck either.

My name is Cheryl and I'm your daughter.
This is better than rejuvenation.

"Sources say there's evidence Wayne went on a Sizzurp binge after being released Wednesday, because doctors found high amounts of codeine in his system."

By the dumb fucking name (which I "think" I've heard before, maybe?) I'm gonna assume rapper.
But since I've never heard a single one of his songs...I think I'll be okay through this crisis.
There will be 20 hubcap thieves and crack dealers popping up to replace him. It's like Whack-A-Mole....
He'll be ok in a Lil bit......
His mama, Lil Abner had no comment.....
His step sista, Diamond Lil was short on words.....

Guy can not stay away from the fucking codeine.
He got ripped off. Most people get searches to go with the seizures.
If you lose a fight to a midget, you become one. It's true.

It will be a while, the grim reaper needs to secure all his valuables before picking him up.
5:16 PM PT -- We're told Wayne is being prepared for his last rites ... with his family surrounding him to say their goodbyes.
Well, I enjoyed his music, while I realize it's not for all. I also think it's very sad for a 30 year old with a child to be in this position when he had enough talent to enjoy a good life. Also sad for his mother....losing your son wouldn't be something I'd wish on anyone.
Team Anfkid!
his "music" is pure shit.....i've never gotten rap.
where are the young john coltranes and billy eckstines? black music and performers used to be amazing....rap is a vulgarization and makes a mockery of music. we have our sades but all the great vocalists are aging and won't be around much longer.
i grew up listening to my father's amazing collection of jazz performers...what is there now?
Good music is subjective. I also can't tell if you're just giving your opinion, or making an effort to be condescending and/or patronizing.
I will listen to whatever music I choose to get through a treadmill session, and it has nothing to do with my taste in general and certainly does not affect my ability to recognize and/or enjoy classic, highly trained or acclaimed musicians.
Team Anfkid!
I agree with you on that point, but disagree with you about rap being a vulgarization. There's some good stuff out there, primarily underground or "backpack" rap, that's not the ignorant, autotuned, horse shit that currently floods pop music stations.
With regard to the dearth of young Coltranes, I recently saw a biography of the Bar-Kays (Otis Redding's original back-up band) and one of the original members (who survived Otis' plane crash) talked about how they all were exposed to musical instruments for the 1st time when they were in elementary school. They were all poor kids (that included a White guy who wound up dying in that plane crash with Otis) from Memphis (I believe) and wouldn't have had that exposure, or at least not that early, had it not been for the music programs in school (and these guys spent at least part of that time growing up in segregated schools).
Kids who grew up in the 80s-90s didn't have that (still don't, really), so there's no telling how many Coltranes and Charlie Parkers have just been passed up (and they themselves probably don't even realize their own talent). It's kinda sad, actually.
That explains his guitar playing.
Zed's dead baby....Zed's dead.
Am I obligated to burn something down when Lil' codeine syrup sucker goes to Nigga' Heaven?
So sayeth the Snot!!!! ...........
