Boil a couple of eggs, chop them up, chop some celery, chop some fresh onion, chop up a couple of sweet pickles or for a shortcut, use pickle relish. Mix it all together, add mayo until is is how you like it. I usually use two cans of tuna. The cans are smaller than they used to be.

Well, kosher pickles are sour. Sweet pickles are sweet. I've never tried it with anything but sweet. You don't need the eggs. I'd probably go with no pickles rather than kosher.
