I'm going to a gun show tomorrow. What should I buy?

Cool! My dad had a MarkII I shot a zillion times, and yeah, the takedown and reassembly can be frustrating....I never had a jam though, which again is unusual for 22's, I guess because the bullet is so small.

I had two of the Mark II gov target models, consecutive serial numbers, sold one to a lawyer in Dallas for a shitload of money. Still have one NIB.

Remington 870 or Mossberg 500 would be my choice, inexpensive and reliable. 200-400 range depending on condition/accessories

870 all the way. I've got a few and each is a fuckin workhorse. on rainy days ill leave that thing in the boat, saltwater, grit, mud....still fires. Very customizable as well.

I grabbed the Super Mag when it came out, it chambers 3.5" shells, not that it's necessary but the sabots at 3.5" kicks like a mule.

I've been thinking of getting something that fires 22 shorts. They hardly make any noise so if you happen to shoot someone, nobody else will probably hear it. Of course, you'd better get him the first time.

My Benelli Super Black Eagle II is my favorite gun (one of em). It's my bird gun and I absolutely love it. Problem is I've really got to clean it after every shoot.

Both my AR15s are Colt transition models (other than my M4 ops .22lr) and I've only had a couple posts asking for ID info.
