What did Howard mean by "introducing Beth to Amercia" through AGT?

I would have assummed that he meant that by being accepted on a network mainstream show, he would also be accepted into new A List celebrity social circles.

However, it is clear by Jimmy Kimmel's parties, etc., that he already has the in with that crowd.

Now, Beth doesn't attend the tapings, and she didn't even go to the finale with all the photo ops that the finale provided.

So, I really wonder what he meant?
