and then this gem:
"People don't think that's work, but it was, it was exhausting. It took me like 3 days to recover from it."

these 12 hour work weeks are brutal with only a week off in between
I don't know how he does it, having to sit next to Heidi Klum for two days and tell dancing dogs and gay dancers they're fantastic. The man is made of steel.

I guess the people who take their 2 weeks of vacation and work at habitat for humanity are just slackers.
"The Fred Special Sound effects show is gonna be really good. When is that airing Fred?"
"I dont know Howard. Tim hasnt put it on the schedule. Some time in March I think."

The fact that he keeps stressing he was working during his vacation shows how completely out of touch with his audience Wiggy has become. Nobody cares what he does on his vacation, they resent the fact that he's working on something else while his neglected radio show and channels continue to suck.
it really is a weird dynamic, i know this has probably been beaten like a proverbial dead horse, but really think about that for a minute..the guy complains that during his time off from one part time job that pays what, $80 million a year, he is so stressed out that he has to go work another part time job that pays $20 million a year, and consists of spending a few hours on a tv set between a supermodel and a spice girl
Maybe it really is exhausting, in the sense JCD (Jewish Compulsive Disorder) compels him not to leave a dime on the table yet he doesn't really like doing the work.
In his addled brain he looks at it not for what it is which is a job he won't enjoy, but an opportunity too expensive to turn down- "I have to take this money." Thin line separates JCD and touching shit four times OCD. Its like old people that went through a war and they're still stuck in that mentality of not throwing a damn thing away or wasting a scrap of food even though it would no longer impact them financially.

Plus, as usual he's completely contradicting himself. Wiggy claimed that he HAD to cut back on his radio schedule because he needed more time to relax and would have retired completely if he wasn't able to get more time off. Then he turns around and takes not only a second job but one that requires travel and public appearances, things he always said he hated and refused to do for Sirius events.
