    Well, good for you,

    but I looooove my profession,
and i do not like where I work.

it is like if you loooove plants,
but you hate to work in that nursery.

How can you be bored with your work?
    and if you are,
why do you keep doing it?

Quitting will only put you in a financial bind though. My only suggestion to you is to at least tough it out until you have another job lined up, so you are secure.

    Ohhh, you might be right.

    I can not change people.

Not sure, what I will do tomorrow.

Not even sure why i had this thread,
guess because I am just so fed up,
and realized that i can trust people, because I say something, and will go back with a different meaning.

    I do love your outlook.

My "theory" on success has always been this: "If you can look me in the face and tell me that you LOVE what you do for a living, I consider you successful. Whether you make $2/hr or $200/hr"

Nobody wants to do shit they hate, every day. Sometimes though, we have to in order to survive.

I wish you nothing but luck and good thoughts, sunshine.

Well, I do not know the minimum wage either,

That is one of the reason Slippy I love you and i always did, and I always will, because you are right.
They can pay me whatever money....... I do not enjoy working there anymore.

Going to sleep, and will let you know if I will be man enough to tell them tomorrow about how frustrated i am.

    i know everyone is replaceable,
but I also know it will be a big big sock for them.

Should I talk to the wife or to the husband about me wanting to leave??
The wife is the owner on paper, but in real life it is more the husband.

    Sweet dreams Slippy.

Wish you were live close to me.

In my case it's not the bosses because I hardly see them because I travel , It's the same stuff different day thing that gets to me , The job is actually a good job , It pays good with great benefits and retirement. It's a job that most people in the profession would love to get. Like P-B said I think were just getting old and ready to retire.

Don't let management get to you unless they are personally giving you a hard time , Most managers are only looking for the bad things and not propping up the good things people do

Sorry to hear that Eni, I hope things turn for the better.

Eni, why not sit down with the owners and share your thoughts and concerns - before quitting. Explain why you used to love the job, what has changed, and if conditions could changed more to your liking, you would consider staying. The owners may appreciate your work more than you know, and might do what they can to keep you.

    I know why.

You are born in an era with work ethic. Not to mention, you have a short attention span and a desire to always be doing shit.

You remind me of a young version of my dad.

He had a heart attack last year............nearly fucking bit the biscuit........but the 4 weeks at home were more stressful on him than almost dying. He's always gotta be "doing something". Or fixing something. Or building something.
