    North Korea doesn't want war, they would lose. With that being said, it would be a bloody war for all involved. (USA, South Korea, Japan, North Korea, etc...) Plus if North Korea provokes a war, China would not defend them. They can't go at this alone.

    It will pass over as usual, we'll start the same thread in 2-3 years.

    NK doesn't have any way of getting a nuke over here, except on the remote chance of using a submarine. SK would seem the likliest target of opportunity, although if they hit Japan it would be most disruptive to the rest of the world, including the US. IMHO.
