In other words, two interviews that went way too long. Beetlejuice has played out long ago. McCarthy would have been on too long at 5 minutes. Too bad Gary didn't double book her again.

yeah the Beet interview was boring, the same "try to get him going" sht is played out.....with the McCarthy interview I love hearing Wiggo talk about his sex life, it sounds boring as hell...his quote about blowjobs "who cares....really who cares about that"

The Beet segment was awful.
First he is dressed as the Pope. Then supposedly he playing these instruments.
ANd the worst part, the stenographer recording his words.

I was confused reading the rundown about Beet playing the intstruments. If those recordings were him playing instruments wouldn't it make sense that the show would have something there for him to play live. Either it wasn't him or the show prep is even more pathetic than we think.

The Beet interview was just Howard tossing a scrap of meat to his old fans and his hour plus interview with McCarthy was Howard saying fuck you to his old fans. I hate hearing the term "the show has evolved" because that is not what has happened at all. Evolution denotes a new form that is an improvement on the prior form. The Howard Stern show if anything has devolved into a boring, politically correct, dishonest show.

Didn't listen to today's Beet, but his last few appearances were boring. He's either completely played out or Artie was more important to Beet's appearances than I imagined.
