I lift 24 beers a night and throw in a few gin and tonics on the weekend, was hangin 8 ft. sheets of 5/8 in. drywall the other day and never broke a sweat
I hamburgered up my shoulder and back skating a pool this weekend so no surfing till it heals up. So this week will be three runs and my normal 3 days of weights. Still trying to get some more pop in the chest area.
hanging sheet rock ain't shit. it's more tiring carrying it in than putting it up.

I'm focusing more on cardio right now but still lift 5 days a week.

This question is for both Mario and Brah. How much do you bench? How much do you curl? I started lifting about a year and a half ago but need to incorporate more cardio because I have put on over 15 pounds of muscle but have not been able to lower my weight.
