I lift a few times a week but I'm more looking to be rid of the gut so I've been concentrating on my intake and doing rowing for cardio instead of running. I hates running. I don't really have a set plan I follow for lifting......I've never had strength/power issues. I just mix up a dozen or so exercises to stay solid. The constant farm type work doesn't hurt either.
