My sister owns over a hundred, she is a shoe-a-holic. I counted mine and I own 12 pair and that includes slippers and flip flops. I think that is very little for a chick, no? I had to get rid of some heels because they started to hurt since I broke my foot a couple years ago. I have a metal plate and 4 screws in it.

So how many pairs of shoes do you own?

1 pair Minnetonka moccassins, my #1 because they're slip-ons and very confortable

1 pair of Dearform slippers that are cozy and warm but they look like 1970 old man shoes so I never wear them

1 pair black Justin Ropers boots

1 pair Red Wing steel toed boots

Somewhere in the US postal system is a pair of Propet orthopedic sneakers I ordered from Amazon, because they're almost the correct size for my feet. If they don't totally suck, I'll get another pair, because it's literally impossible to find shoes or boots in a 15AAA. At some point, if I ever have the money, I will buy a pair of custom made-to-fit western boots, nothing gaudy, because I'd love to know what it's like to have something on my feet that actually fits properly, and isn't ugly. I've spent most of my life wearing shoes that are too wide for me and stuffing them with 2 or even 3 insoles to be able to wear them...
