    Fried eggs taste great made in cast iron. They won't stick if done correctly.

    I have a mixture of stainless, iron, ceramic, and non-stick. Right tool, right job...
    I love my French omelette pan. I bought it at Goodwill 20 yrs Ago when I was young and poor for $3 .
    I will pass it down in my will.
