    She can't go more than a couple of days without screaming for attention on Twitter. My guess is that she had a terrible botox/filler mishap with the left side of her face and was horrified that she couldn't post pics. The need for attention/verification from her adoring fans overtook her sensibilities and she came up with this half-assed photo to feed her starving ego. Just a guess.
