WTF has he done to his face? Despite the horrible hair, he does not look nearly as bizarre as he does now. Whatever surgeries he has had, they have definitely made it worse.

I would love to see Howie take over late night. The failure of the ratings, the distancing himself from the show and finally the lawsuit against NBC would be exciting to watch
