They make all thier own sausages, they have all types of hard to find smoking woods, they do their own dry aging...and they will bend over backwards to make make you happy.
If you go, dont leave without:
at least one nice fat steak
a couple of their butterflied pork chops
a few brats and a few andouille sausges.
The only thing I have ever found there that I didnt think was great was the Italian sausages.
