I bought a corned beef brisket at work a few days ago, its been cooking for a few hours. Never made corned beef and did any for St Patties Day but I'm trying something new. Im thinking if I dont like it so much I can make Reuben style sandwiches and covered that shit in Russian dressing.

I only like pork loin if its bone in and preferably the blade end. Boneless tends to be dry in my opinion.

Hey Bubbleguts, Have you tried the Tri-Tip from Costco yet? It's really delicious. That's the only place in town I've even found Tri-Tip. I suppose central market probably has it but it's probably $20 a lb.

I have not. I get my Tri Tip from a butcher in Plano (Hirsch's...LOVE that place if you are ever in the area) when he puts them on sale. I dont cook them whole tho...I cube it up and serenade it. Somewhere between steak tips and kabob size.

I've heard of that place. My daughter lives near Plano. I'll have to check it out.
