    Of the films listed, I'd go with Full Metal Jacket. I'd like to give a mention, though, to Less Than Zero, which was released in November of '87. It's based on the book by Bret Easton Ellis, who later wrote the infamous novel "American Psycho".

    Great soundtrack in Less Than Zero, and an excellent performance by Robert Downey, Jr.

    I liked the movie but book was better. Probably would have been in my own personal
    top 10 of '87 though
