Guy, I make something almost exactly like that with beef all the time... I've never done it with pork. I might do it tomorrow night. I usually serve creamy polenta with mine...... what are you having with this? My mouth is watering it sounds so good.

actually gonna have pulled pork sandwiches so I'll just pull the pork and leave it in the pan juices and serve on onion rolls with the broccoli and I might bake some potatoes...

Yummmm. I think I might do this tomorrow night with some sort of noodle... tagliatelle.

it's almost kind of like a chicago italian beef sandwich (minus the rabe) if you put on some giardenera. if you don't have that, some melty cheese would be delish!
i wonder if i have potatoes. maybe i'll make some roasted oven fries to go with my juicy lucy's.
it's a cheeseburger where the cheese is stuffed inside. they sound like they're no big deal, but when you make just a classic burger with some salt and pepper and stuff it with a bunch of deli american cheese, it's magic.
Well, I could have told you that. You have to order it, I don't even think Whole Foods and places like that carry it. I might be wrong.
That sounds like too much effort for a woman who cooks for 2 boys that prefer Mr. Noodles and hotdogs over anything else, and 2 men who eat McDonald's as a staple.

It certainly does.
