Guy, I make something almost exactly like that with beef all the time... I've never done it with pork. I might do it tomorrow night. I usually serve creamy polenta with mine...... what are you having with this? My mouth is watering it sounds so good.

actually gonna have pulled pork sandwiches so I'll just pull the pork and leave it in the pan juices and serve on onion rolls with the broccoli and I might bake some potatoes...
it's a cheeseburger where the cheese is stuffed inside. they sound like they're no big deal, but when you make just a classic burger with some salt and pepper and stuff it with a bunch of deli american cheese, it's magic.
