    the newer Econolines are virtually identical to your 2002. They're so bullet proof they didn't change shit.

    I have a 2002 e150 v8 with 188k only major work so far was the front end.. But ford vans are known for the ront ends going and the only reason I got the v8 was it's better on gas on highway where the v6 is better for around town
