I've been gainfully employed since the tender age of 14.

No breaks and no exceptions.

Same here. And I'm 44 now. I've probably had less than 20 "sick" days in that time and maybe save for 2 of those, it was for someone else or some other reason other than me being sick.

Sometimes I wonder who's better off though? I could have had a lot more fun in life if I were a welfare leech.
